A California Classic, Tri-Tip is best served after cooking slow and low then sliced against the grain. This is a bigger cut and is great for sandwiches, roasts, or eating sliced up like a brisket. Our Tri-Tip packs a ton of flavor and is a very popluar cut due to superior value and quality. All Hertzog cattle are raised on pasture finished with grain using no antibiotics and no hormones.
