Delmonico's are becoming very poplular for their Ribeye like marbling, texture, and mouth watering flavor. This Chuck Eye steak is cut from the same muscle as its big brother, the Ribeye. This steak tends to be elusive due to the fact you'll only find 5-6 Delmonico steaks per animal.
