The filets were packaged very nicely…vacuum packed and shipped in styrofoam to keep them cold. The meat showed perfect marbling and was cut to perfection. We grilled these up for dinner and the flavor was insane! The quality was much better than anything I’ve ever purchased from the local butcher and might even rival the steaks served at high end steak houses. This is our new go-to for grilling at home filets!
